No Hassle Vacations is your fully licensed, fully insured rental equipment Resource. For more than 12 years we have specialized in providing rental equipment to the vacation homes in the greater Orlando area. Under new management since the fall of 2008, our goal is to provide the finest customer service and the cleanest, newest equipment in the rental equipment market.


What is No Hassle Vacations delivery area?

We deliver to Orlando, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, Haines City, Reunion and Celebration.


How do I place an order?

Just fill out the order form on our web site or email your request to rent@nohasslevacations.com. You can also call us at 407-873-3102.


What time will my equipment be delivered on the delivery day?

Since our schedule is so dynamic, we cannot give delivery times. In order to accommodate those checking out and those checking in, our goal is to deliver all equipment between the hours of 10am - 4pm. This may vary during peak times and our delivery hours may be extended.


Does No Hassle Vacation deliver on Sunday?

Yes, we deliver seven days a week.


Does No Hassle Vacations close for holidays?

In order for our staff to enjoy time with their families, No Hassle Vacations closes Christmas Day, New Years Day, Easter and Thanksgiving. If an equipment delivery is needed during a holiday, then we will schedule delivery the day before or the day after. We are open all other holidays.


Does No Hassle Vacations deliver to Disney Area Hotels?

Yes, we deliver to all Orlando, Walt Disney World, Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, Clermont, Davenport, Haines City, Reunion, Celebration, St Cloud, Sea World Resort and Universal Resort Hotels.


What does the rental cost include?

All of our prices include delivery, set up, pick up and cleaning.


What does a crib rental include?

All of Our cribs are full size wooden cribs with a 3 or 4 inch mattresses and one drop side. The rental price includes delivery, set up, pick up and cleaning. All of our baby equipment is sanitized before delivery. We supply the baby bedding with all of our full size cribs. We can also supply gender specific crib bedding if requested.


Is the baby equipment sanitized before delivery?

Absolutely! You can have peace of mind knowing that every piece of baby equipment goes thru a rigorous cleaning and inspection prior to delivery.


How do I select a mobility scooter?

To ensure comfort and safety, a scooter first must possess adequate capacity for a persons height and weight. The second consideration is the environment in which the scooter will be operated. Rough or outdoor terrain may require more power and larger tires, while primarily indoor use may call for smaller tires and a better turning radius. The selection of a scooter that will be transported also may be affected by the limitations of the vehicle in which it will be carried.


What is the difference between a 3 and 4 wheel mobility scooter?

The biggest difference between the two types is that 3 wheelers have a better turning radius as compared to 4 wheelers. This is most apparent in a house or similar confined area. Four-wheeled scooters originally evolved from the need for more stable operation when travelling on slopes or uneven terrain. However, newer models of 3-wheeled scooters also boast a very stable ride due to their optimised centre of balance.


How long does a mobility scooter´s battery last?

Most scooters come with the recommended configuration of two 12 volt, 32 amp Gel batteries. These batteries provide 15 to 20 miles of travel per charge based on average use by a 175 LB person on a flat surface. Exceeding these conditions will shorten the expected range. However, most models can be fit with optional larger batteries if more range is needed.


How long does it take to fully charge the mobility scooter´s battery?

Battery charging takes an average of 6 to 8 hours. In addition, all models include chargers with automatic shut off. This feature allows the user to plug in the charger at night and have fully charged batteries by morning.


What do I do if the mobility scooter breaks down?

Call No Hassle Vacations immediately if your mobility scooter is not functioning properly. We will be able to trouble shoot over the phone to determine if the mobility scooter is immobile. It is extremely important to keep the battery fully charged.


Will I be able to transport the mobility scooter in the trunk of my car?

Yes, all of our mobility scooters break down easily to fit in the trunk of a car for transport.


What kind of surface does the mobility scooter work best on?

Our mobility scooters work best on paved pathways.


What does a BBQ rental include?

Our standard grill is a charbroil propane grill. Our BBQ grills come with a full tank of propane and a grill brush. If additional utensils are required, they can be purchased for an additional $12.


Where are BBQ grills set up?

Unless directed otherwise, all BBQ Grills are set up in the grass in the side yard near the pool area door.


What if the BBQ grill is not working properly?

A trouble shooting guide is provided with all of our BBQ´s. If you continue to have an issue after using the trouble shooting guide, call us and we will repair or replace the grill as soon as possible.


I´m staying in a hotel, where would I pick up my rental when I check in?

When you arrive at your hotel, check with Bell Services or the Front Desk. Most often your rental will be in the luggage room. Please be sure to return the rental to the same place that you picked it up. Any rental item left in a hotel room with incur an additional charge of $20.


Will sales tax be collected by No Hassle Vacations?

Yes, No Hassle Vacations collects 7 percent sales tax on all retail deliveries.


Will No Hassle Vacations accept last minute rental requests?

Absolutely! We only ask that you call us as well as send an email or an on line order. Our email account isn´t always monitored.


Can I pick up my rental at the No Hassle Vacations warehouse?

No, No Hassle Vacations does not allow warehouse pick up but we do deliver to all motels, hotels, resorts and vacation homes in the greater Walt Disney World area.


How do I make payment for a rental?

No Hassle Vacations accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash on delivery.


Can I order on line?

Yes, our new on line ordering system with make it easier than ever to review and reserve equipment on line.


What is No Hassle Vacations cancellation policy?

There is no charge for cancellation 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the day of delivery will be charge 50% of the total price of the rental.


Does No Hassle Vacations work with wholesale accounts?

Yes, vacation home property managers, hoteliers and vacation home owners can open a wholesale account with us at any time. To receive their username and password into our wholesale system call us at 407-873-3102.
