Terms and Conditions
1. By accepting delivery of rented items, customer agrees to all terms and conditions shown on
this rental contract. Customer acknowledges that s/he has received in good order all rented
items and other goods listed on the contract. 1. (A) customer acknowledges information on
rental agreement is correct if equipment is to be moved or relocated after delivery there will be a
$25 service charge for relocation of equipment. It is to be noted that no larger rented equipment
(examples but not limited too are cribs and BBQ’s) are to be transported in a vehicle by the
renter. The renter must contact No Hassle Vacations to arrange a transfer.
2. Customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items, including the safe and proper use,
operation, maintenance, and return to No Hassle Vacations. Customer is responsible for all loss,
damage, or repair. The customer agrees that products will be returned in the same condition as
received, any cleaning/ repair fees incurred will be charged to the credit card on file.
3. No Hassle vacations makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose,
or any warranties, expressed or implied.
4. This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the customer and No Hassle
Vacations. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold No Hassle Vacations harmless for any
claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for last, injury, and damage to
persons or property arising out of the customer's negligence or operation including legal costs
incurred in defence of such claims.
5. Operators should read all warnings and instructions (safety instruction).
6. Retaking of equipment: if customer fails to return all items upon agreed time, customer
therefore agrees to pay for all additional charges. If items are not there for pick customer will
assume cost for lost items. If customer refuses to return rented items, the customer agrees that
No Hassle Vacations and its agents may take all reasonable actions necessary to recover
rented items without prior notice or legal process.
7. Customer acknowledges the possibility of injury and will provide adult supervision at all times,
according to the rules given to the rental party prior to event, written instruction, or verbal.
8. Attorney fees: custom agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by
No Hassle Vacations in enforcing these terms and conditions.
9. Customer is responsible to supply the door code for delivery or baby items, these items will
be left inside the front door and need to be returned to the same location for pick up or customer
will have to pay a $25 return fee.
10. If you are staying in a hotel and not there at item of delivery items will be left with hotel bell
services. Items will be tagged and after rental ends are to be left for pick with bell services with
tags. The renter is responsible for lost items in a hotel even after checkout.
11. Customer is responsible for returning grill in clean condition or be charged a $25 cleaning
fee.
12. If customer needs to cancel there will be a $25 processing fee for any cancellations on order
outside of the 72hr delivery date, $50 within the 72hrs of delivery date.
13. Any requests to change delivery within the 24hr prior to scheduled delivery may result in a
schedule change fee.
